Students in this hand-on major gain a science-based overview of agriculture and food systems, with an emphasis on the practical application of technology to agricultural production systems. The program combines students’ inherent creativity and interest in physical and biological sciences, technology, mathematics, business, and related subjects with their desire to develop innovative solutions to a variety of agricultural problems. Areas of application include precision agricultural operations and services, management of agricultural businesses, production operations, sales, and promotional work in domestic and international agricultural communities. Graduates are prepared to own, operate, and manage their own enterprises or to provide services for private or governmental entities.

Do you have an interest in technology coupled with an ambition to become a leader in todays complex business world? Studying the Bath MSc in Innovation and Technology Management could be the answer. Whilst other programmes explore the management of technology from either a technical or management perspective, our MSc is unique through its combination of management and engineering, integrating the two disciplines to ensure you have the necessary skills to manage across boundaries. A full-time, 12-month intensive Masters programme, the MSc in Innovation and Technology Management is a joint degree run by two of the University of Baths top ranked departments- the School of Management and the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
